The Ideal Restaurant Manager professional candidate will have :
o A demonstrated ability to build sales
o The ability to attract, develop, and retain top talent
o A track record of building guest loyalty
o Proven ability to hold team members accountable and motivate a team to succeed
o The motivation to excel and the desire to never stop learning
o College degree preferred
o Bilingual is a plus
o 3-4 years of current Restaurant Manager experience
o Strong operational background and knowledge
o Exceptional people skills
o Problem solving skills
o Top notch communication and writing skills
o A drive to be the best
