Clerical duties may be assigned in accordance with the office procedures of individual establishments and may include a combination of answering telephones, bookkeeping, typing, office machine operation, and filing.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities Supporting company operations by overseeing key aspects of facility management by maintaining office systems, procedures, and supervising staff members.
Providing assistance and support to managers.
Operating as the face of the office for callers, clients, and guests as the front desk administrator.
Oversee key aspects of facility management, including maintaining the general appearance of the office, and ensuring all kitchen/cleaning supplies are in stock.
Buying office supplies as needed.
Scheduling trash pickup and delivery.
Keeping track of employee timecards, paperwork, and general personnel file maintenance.
Providing excellent and efficient service to facilitate company success and customer satisfaction.
Check and sort incoming mail, manage special shipping needs, and receive deliveries.
Manage and update the company website and social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, PlantANT and TikTok).
Conducting General online clerical work, including answering emails and market research.
Creating estimates, sales orders, invoices, returns, receiving payments, and updating inventory spreadsheets.
Weekly outreach emails to new and current customers created through MailChimp to determine market trends and customer reactions.
Willingness to assist customers outside in a variety of outdoor weather conditions and capture photos of products per the customer's request.
Make recommendations to management concerning staffing decisions or procedural changes.
Develop or update procedures, policies, or standards.
Operation of office equipment such as facsimile machine, copiers, and printers.
Maintain records pertaining to inventory, personnel, orders, supplies, or machine maintenance.
Consult with managers or other personnel to resolve problems in areas such as equipment performance, output quality, or work schedules.
Develop work schedules according to budgets and workloads.
Analyze financial activities of establishments or departments and provide input for budget planning and preparation processes.
Other duties as assigned.
