Automotive Service Advisor/Writer Buick GMC of Brandywine is rapidly expanding, and we are currently looking for a Service Advisor to join our family.
We are seeking a reliable and experienced individual preferably with automotive dealership experience to join and grow with our team! As a trusted Service Advisor, you will be the liaison between the customer and the service department to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
Greeting customers and scheduling service appointments Documenting customers' concerns and comments.
Writing service orders and descriptions of problems and repairs Translating customers' repair problems into standard repair terminology Explaining repairs to customers and review service history Test-driving vehicles to confirm service repairs.
Provide accurate estimates of the cost and time needed for repairs.
Handle customer complaints making sure to keep our customers satisfied.
Coordinating parts ordering and follow up appointments with customers.
Providing the highest levels of customer service in order to retain dealership clientele.

Qualifications:
Service advisor/writer experience required Valid driver's license and clean driving record CDK Drive experience helpful.
Professional appearance and attitude required Ability to multitask and stay focused in a fast paced environment High school or equivalent Must be reliable Job Type:
