Able to work with staff and perform general office duties, help with preparing daily/weekly sheets, monthly financial statements, and general bookkeeping responsibilities for company.
Qualifications:

years construction bookkeeping experience.
Proficient in QuickBooks Online Proficient in Excel Spreadsheets, Word, and Outlook Strong ability to multi-task and work on several projects and tasks simultaneously.
Team Player with a strong work ethic.
Ability to solve problems in a positive manner.
Thorough attention to detail, accuracy, and understanding of SFAS/GAAP rules including best practices Excellent written and verbal communication and organizational skills needed to manage multiple priorities Knowledge of ADP preferred Principal
Responsibilities:
Monthly Account Reconciliations including banks and credit cards.
Establish, organize, and maintain files and records.
Process accounts receivable/payable and handle payroll in a timely manner Processing 1099s and W9s Records numerical and financial data to produce financial records Ensures financial data is entered correctly and accurately Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures Help with Subcontractors Contracts and Insurance Certs Set Up & maintain new/existing projects General office duties Job Type:
